Never give up on knocking

Dear Editor,

Re: Villager tired of ‘broken promises’

The reason why I said before I do believe is not the P.M. I’ll  give you an example....the government went to Afulilo place and found this area and they know it’s an excellent area that will supply enough water for the power.

So they did cut all the trees down and if you look at that area now it’s like the sea therefore the village of Taelefaga Fagaloa came together gave their voice to the M.P. of the district. From that time they keep going to his office every fortnight not one or two or three people but a lot of them all went together until they have the decision to see the P.M. and voice their opinion not once.

They kept going until the P.M. say yes....that’s what these people should do because Samoa is classified as Democratic government.

It means the government of the people for the people...they have the freedom of speech to voice their need...

Therefore the case was solved and the did listen and did what these people need.... I know for sure they should do the same thing.  Don’t just sit there and wait because it won’t happen until they keep knocking the door...

Have a great day.
