Re: Tax on chicken cold and heartless 

It’s all a matter of control. To control the public is to impose these taxations. When you are suppressed because your income no longer supports your needs and family, people will turn to anything and anyone to uplift the burden. 

People will give up anything to survive and Tuilaepa knows this very well the power of controlling Samoa. 

Sooner or later people will cough up rights to their lands and all the set new acts and amendments and legislation that have been implemented from years back will come into play. 

Just as Tuilaepa planned or so the rich conniving investor pulling his strings.
