Business Systems Limited (B.S.L) is set to make a huge difference to the educational prospects of 40 students throughout Samoa.

From 10 B.S.L Ambassadors, the company has increased that number by thirty in a bid to help the nation.

The programme is part of the company’s All Year Round Back to School Campaign 2017. There are 10 Ambassadors from the Tertiary Level, 14 Ambassadors from Secondary and 16 from Primary Level. Out of the 40, five recipients are from Savai’i schools.

The awards were presented by Managing Director Meilan Meredith and Marketing Manager Leeroy Feaunati on Friday.

“The objective of the program is to assist students financially and academically,” a statement from the company said.

“The Ambassadors are given opportunities to work part time to gain experience in the work field. In addition, they will be featured in B.S.L programmes such as Nobesity Samoa, SII7s, SCOPA 1 Day Netball Tournament and marketing campaigns to expose them to academic outdoor.”

“B.S.L is celebrating their 40 years of service to Samoa throughout this entire year and there is a number of upcoming promotions and activities they plan to put in place.”

One of the Ambassadors, Josephine Kapuano, of Samoa College, is extremely grateful.

“Thank you B.S.L for this great help,” she said. “This would lessen the expenses for school fees. It’s an honor for me to have this great opportunity and it also helps my family greatly.”
