Law conflicts with constitution

Dear Editor

Re: P.M. laughs at protest plan

Then why is customary land required under LTRA 2008 to be registered?

The law as written in Section 9 has included the Customary land in its registration requirements...this puts customary land in jeopardy because if they are registered the nature of the Torrens systems removes all rights of any purported owner whose name is NOT ON THE REGISTRATION!

So in effect, the law removes the claims of all members of the family who are not named on the registration document.

That is where the law conflicts with the constitution. How can he reconcile the law and its actual effect once it is executed? I’d like to see that question asked of the PM.
