There is no reason to select the kiwi man. The NZ Sevens team failed at Rio under his leadership. 

Brian Lima is not appropriate and not fit because he has no patience. He has also been of smashing his former wife and that can’t be good. All other candidates are not suitable except Waisale Serevi. 

Serevi has more potential and has perfect records of experience in Sevens competitions.  The world know him. Serevi can invite some of his best men from Fiji to come and join our sevens team members to practice together and learn from their ways of speed, ideas and strength to make our team perfect like the Fijian Sevens squad.
