Caught red handed: Do you know these people?

A local supermarket has released CCTV footage of a group of American students caught doing what no one should be doing.

Normally you would pay first before you eat something from a store right… at least that’s what we know in Samoa.

Not in the book of these visitors.

The footage shows four females inside Myna’s Mini Mart at Vaoala congregating in an aisle and looking at the selection of biscuits.

One of them picks up a bag of biscuits, opens it and shares it among the group.

They take their time eating the biscuits before they placed the wrapping back on the shelf.

The management of the supermarket became concerned when they found the empty packet.

When they went back on CCTV footage, it was only then they found what had happened.

According to the Supermarket, the females were travelling as part of a group from New Jersey.

They had apparently left the country on Sunday.

When someone at the store sent a group member the video of them getting caught red-handed, she didn’t care.

Told that what they did was stealing, she responded: “Lol nah man that’s called shopping and trying to decide what we want to eat…”
