Please help her

Re: Samoa Post mail service

I feel for Mrs. Tavila; $450 is a lot of money for anyone.

People are employed at these places to work and make sure our people are served and given the best service; when things like this happened and it seemed like no one actually knew what was happening can of course be a cause of concern. I hope Mrs. Tavila’s son’s education in China will not be disturbed because of the poor service through the Post Office and I hope they pay for Mrs. Tavila’s son’s second passport because it was registered and now they could not find its whereabouts.

Our people need help, please hear their pleas! Earning that amount of money took a lot of hard work.
