How can we help?

Dear Editor

Re: A family’s daily struggle at Sa’aga

I recently witnessed the struggle this young father is talking about. This is not about luxury living, it’s about the most basic requirements to live life; water, light, a roof, medical, clothes, food, education, and a reason to be hopeful. Putting their faces, their shame and pain out there for the world to see, and do nothing, is not an option. If the Government will not help these poor families with children, what can we the public, those who have been given more than we need, do to help these families, Malifa and Lesa?

Like Richard Fa’atau, I’m in.
