Lupesoliai Joseph Parker’s historical fight and an Easter egg hunt were a great combination to celebrate Easter Sunday at the Taumeasina Island Resort.

The Resort hosted a live screening of the much anticipated unification bout between Parker and Anthony Joshua.

This created a marvelous turn out by their guests as well as people coming in for Sunday To’ona’i.

Part of the day’s programme saw children taking part in the resort’s Easter egg hunt, which took place just before the fight started.

According to Taumeasina Island Resort Activity Manager, Rachel Laulu, the Easter egg hunt is an annual event.

For this year it was extra special because it coincided with Parker and Joshua’s fight.

She said there were about 500 Easter eggs hidden around the resort’s premises.

There were also more ecstatic and fun events that followed, with the resort’s bar filled with guests and people all ready to watch the fight.

With more wide variety of food and drinks ready for people to choose from, it was indeed an enjoyable day.
