Dictator democracy

Re: P.M. not a dictator

Just one thing I forgot which is the important reason I call Tuilaepa a dictator is that I disagree that he is democratically elected.

As far as I am concerned that as long as his election rule stands, that more than one person from the same party can run in a district, the election is rigged.

If you have five H.R.P.P. members running in one district chances are you will win the big majority he does.

I am so sure that if it was one member of a party running in each district only his majority would be greatly reduced and he may even lose an election or two.

I would even be willing to bet PS Jeffrey 500 tala on this if this were the case.

If the rule was struck down. So another thing I hate is when a dictator manipulates the election and says he is the leader of a democracy. I really hate that.
