Silaa Tili, 54
Nuufou

It’s very important to me. My vote is my voice. This is my say in the important issues that will affect Samoa in the next five years. My vote gives me hope that I can influence the decision making in Samoa. I will definitely vote.

Falega Puigutu, 31
Vaimoso

We do this once every five years. It’s the only time our voices matter to these politicians so I will use the opportunity to have a say in the running of the country. This is important because when I vote I know that I am not just voting for today or tomorrow but for the future and a peaceful Samoa. I wish every one all the best.

Tulaga Lolopo, 57
Puipa’a

If I don't vote, I shouldn't complain about things in Samoa. So I’m definitely voting. I’m looking forward to seeing some new faces in Parliament. At the end of the day, I just want a loving government that will do justice in all areas of society.

Ele Tafili, 42
Vaitele-Fou

My vote gives me my voice and a say in determining a positive role for our country in the future. We’re citizens of this country and we have the right to change anything to make our country a better place for tomorrow. I think it’s time for the H.R.P.P to step down, Samoa needs a new government. We need to be strong and vote for a better Samoa!

Saupo Tai, 56
Leauva’a

It's important to vote and we need to understand what will bring after your ‘X’ in the election paper. There are many people in the world who don't have this chance so we should make the most of it. I would like to wish all the candidates all the best for tomorrow. Remember, there can only be one winner.

Telesia Polita, 39,
Leauva’a

I wouldn't miss the opportunity to vote for the world. This is important because it’s my opportunity to be heard and to have a say in the future of Samoa. It is my responsibility and my right and I will make sure I exercise that.
