A hearing of an appeal against the Court’s decision to acquit the President of Land and Titles Court, Fepuleai Atilla Ropati, of charges against him, has been re-set for Monday morning. The matter was brought before the Chief Justice, His Honour Patu Tiava’asu’e Falefatu Sapolu.

Dear Editor, Re: An open letter to E.F.K.S. Ministers A.S’s open letter to Church Ministers of E.F.K.S. about tax is sadly a letter about dishonoring of God, God’s commandments and God’s law. It is just about more productions of factoids and assumptions produced from the Minister of Revenue’s mistake.

Re: Government and Church Ministers tax law threat Well done, Minister Tialavea! Not giving into the bullying and the threats is the mark of a courageous minister. A weak-minded minister would be thinking about the next election and be too afraid to rock the boat.

Re: Samoan Medical and Anti-Doping Agency leads the way in the Pacific Well done to all involved. But this isn’t the first in the Pacific. We trained 168 medical volunteers for the 2015 Pacific Games through Sports Medicine Australia and HP Sport PNG.
