The staff of Air New Zealand visited the SENESE Inclusive Education bearing gifts yesterday.

They donated computers to help the school.

Air New Zealand Travel Consultant and Community Liaison Officer, Talise Samuelu, said this is their way of giving back to the community.

“This year we tried to get involved with the community and this is one of the projects we’ve been doing,” she told the Samoa Observer.

“We had two similar projects last year and one this year as this is the last one for this financial year."

“The whole idea of these projects is just to give back to the community and we are trying to carry this forward so ideally we want to do it again next year."

“So this is just one of the activities and project we’ve been putting together throughout the whole year.”

She went on to say they chose SENESE because they want to meet the kids and do some fun activities with them.

“Today we put together six computer screens as well as some snacks for the kids and reading books as well to help them improve their learning skills.

“We also thought we include some fun activities hence why we had a Zumba activity.”

Representative of Senese, Sagato, thanked the staff of Air New Zealand for their generosity.
