“March retail prices reflect January Singapore Prices ‘MOPS’ prices which have continued to increase albeit at a slower rate.
“Whilst O.P.E.C. has introduced production cuts, the new U.S. President has encouraged more exploration for U.S.Oil. The big question is will O.P.E.C. try again to discourage new U.S. oil which previously led to the fall in crude oil price.”
