6.05am: Prime Minister Tuilaepa Dr. Sailele and Gillian Malielegaoi arrive  

6.10am: Member of the Council of Deputies, Le Mamea Ropati and Maiava Elisa Mualia arrive

6.15am: Former Head of State, His Highness Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi and Filifilia Tamasese arrive 

6.20am: Titular Head of Tokelau, Afega Gaualofa and Kilita Gaualofa arrive

6.25am: Governor of American Samoa Lolo Matalasi and Cynthia Moliga arrive   

6.30am: President of Fiji, Jioji Konousi and Sarote Konrote arrive

6.35am: President of Nauru, Baron Divavesi and Louisa Waqa arrive
